Aleba-Quintet

Je me présente, Raoul Toussaint, j’ai 52 ans et père de 3 enfants. Depuis le début de ma carrière professionnelle, j’ai toujours travaillé dans le secteur bancaire. Membre de l’ALEBA depuis 1989, j’ai intégré KBL/Quintet  en 2001 et depuis 2008 je suis dans l’équipe ICS Custody et je me présente pour la quatrième fois aux élections.

Mais ma motivation pour cette élection reste la même, trouver un équilibre au travail. En effet nous passons une bonne partie de notre vie active au travail il est donc primordial de pouvoir allier travail et bien-être, dans l’intérêt des employés, mais également de la direction, en effet, un employé équilibré est d’autant plus communicatif et productif, deux éléments essentiels pour faire avancer une institution.

Alors si pour vous aussi il est important de mettre l’accent sur le bien-être et la santé au travail alors je suis la bonne personne.

Let me introduce myself, Raoul Toussaint, I am 52 years old and father of 3 children. Since the beginning of my career as a professional, I have always worked in the banking sector. Member of ALEBA since 1989, I joined KBL/Quintet in 2001 and since 2008 I have been part of the ICS Custody team. This is my fourth time running for Staff union elections.

My motivation for this election remains the same, to find a balance at work. Indeed we spend a good part of our active life at work, so it’s important to be able to combine work and well-being, in the interest of employees, but also of our management, in fact, a well-rounded employee is all the more communicative and productive, two essential elements for the growth of an institution.

So if it is important for you too to focus on well-being and health at work, then I’m the right person.
